Sometimes I fear entering Orkut. Why? Talk of complexes, I may just be experiencing one of those blues. Every other day I enter, I find someone visiting one of those exotic places of the world, or getting married or just anything great happening in anyone's life. Orkut just happens one of those places to show off your happiness. How you are progressing well in life!!! Isn't that great. It's really impressive that Orkut has offered a place for individuals to exhibit their happiness. Might be just an equivalent of the parties which our previous generations used to have. Uncles and aunties got a chance to show off their newly acquired cars or how they got their son/ daughters married to the one of those brain drained US inhabitants. Life has just taken a turn towards the virtual life.
More than a chance to interact, Orkut captures those best moments of your life and that makes it work. This is the case with facebook too but Facebook takes this experience to the next level I guess.
So, why am I afraid of entering Orkut? well, I am just awaiting for the next big thing in my life to go live on Orkut and meanwhile the updates from other's lives just makes me a tad too impatient ;).
